America is in a deep fiscal crisis — both on the federal and state level. All of us must come together to hold our government accountable for its fiscal mismanagement. But knowledge is the first step to action. By downloading the Annual Report for a small fee you will help support our staff of undergraduate students in their effort to present clear, understandable, nonpartisan information to all citizens — and in their education to becoming active and engaged young adults.

The Annual Report is published in conjunction with the American Education Foundation (“AEF”), a nonpartisan 501(c)3 dedicated to providing students the skills necessary to have a voice in our government.

If you choose to download our report and/or donate to the AEF you will also help us expand our efforts to produce Annual Reports for a half-dozen U.S. states. With partners from Harvard, University of Pennsylvania and Stanford, we hope to make “the States Project” the center of the debate about states’ fiscal challenges next year.
